Sharing your storefront link

Your Pekkish storefront has its own web address. Get it in front of customers and orders start arriving.

Your storefront URL

Every Pekkish shop gets a subdomain in the form:

https://yourshop.pekkish.co.uk

The first part is your slug — chosen at signup. If your shop is called "Francomb's" and you took the slug francombs, your storefront is at francombs.pekkish.co.uk.

This URL is live the moment you publish your storefront. You can share it anywhere — social media bios, email signatures, a printed sign in the shop.

Adding it to your website

If you already have a website (a basic WordPress site, a Squarespace page, anything), the easiest integration is a prominent "Order online" button that links to your Pekkish URL. No need to embed or duplicate — just a link.

Use it in your top navigation, your homepage hero, and your "Contact" page. Three places is enough; more and it gets noisy.

QR codes

Print a QR code that opens your storefront. Useful for:

  • A sign by the counter so walk-ins can order ahead next time
  • The back of business cards or loyalty stamp cards
  • A leaflet you slip into delivered orders ("Order again, easy")

Generate one for free at qrcode.tec-it.com or similar — paste your Pekkish URL and download the PNG.

Social media

Put your storefront URL in your Instagram and Facebook bios. When you post about a new menu item, link to it directly: https://yourshop.pekkish.co.uk/products/123 (you can grab the product link from the admin).

Email signatures

Add a one-line "Order online: yourshop.pekkish.co.uk" to every email you send. Customers reading your reply are already in the buying mindset.

Custom domain (Pro plan)

On the Pro plan you can connect your own domain — e.g. orders.yourshop.com — to your Pekkish storefront. Customers see your URL only; Pekkish handles SSL and hosting invisibly. Set it up under Settings → General → Custom domain.

Tips

  • Keep your slug short and memorable — easier to type and say out loud
  • Use the same slug everywhere (Instagram handle, domain, signage)
  • If you change your slug later, the old one stops working — be sure before you swap
